Blade Tech, LLC is committed to customer satisfaction, and to maintain a level of peace and clarity, we have set up a few terms and conditions.  By conitnuing shop withus and/or purchase a product, you are hereby stating you agree to all of the follow terms and conditions and understand they may change without notice, and you are responsible for checking back.

1. All sales are final, there are no refunds on any computer parts, accessories, or computers themselves.  We do offer a 30-day exchange program on new computers only.  Used computers are final, and have no refunds, returns, or exchanges unless a problem was caused by Blade Tech, LLC

2.  Blade Tech, LLC is an online retailer and a storefront retailer.  We often sell out of an item in store that may affect our online stock as well, which may cause delay in shipping and processing.  This instance is completely unavoidable and can happen without notice.  Blade Tech, LLC is not responsible for refunding any money to you for shipping, or the item, but may give you a discount for the troubles.

3. Blade Tech, LLC is not responsible for damages caused durring shipping.  Once the product leaves our warehouse or store, it is the sole responsibility of you and/or the carrier.  Blade Tech, LLC will not replace a computer damaged durrning shipping.
